One of our customers switched to these. It has cost them over $40k in damages and Neugart was no help. We've had another one fail today. There are a lot of good gearboxes out there with good support, but this isn't one of them. All we could do is replace them with a good brand and eat the cost of all those gearboxes. A

Answering the reply . We did contact sales and have had meetings with you guys. You guys also charged for the engineering of our application and apparently got it wrong. No refund for your mistakes. You fired the salesmen and application engineer but that didn't help us.
